The following information are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy:
Shipment Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed an additional 2-3 days. Please note that once a package is in transit Mustard Seed Mountain is no longer responsible for the package. During holidays shipping carriers may be slower due to the volume of items being shipped. Refunds will not be processed due to shipper related delivery delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping charges are a flat rate of $8.00. Free shipping on all orders over $100.00.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email upon your order being shipped, which will include your tracking number. Please allow at least 24 hours before tracking.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Mustard Seed Mountain is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to orders outside the state of Illinois. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Mustard Seed Mountain is not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging and damaged items to facilitate the filing process.
International Shipping Policy
Mustard Seed Mountain currently does not ship outside the United States.
