Return Eligibility

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:
• Be unused and in their original condition.
• Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
• Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Products that have been opened or used.
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Gift cards.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Seasonal or limited-edition products marked as final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• A brief description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the product and its packaging.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, when applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a verified defective product.

Exchanges

At this time, Mustard Seed Mountain does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the eligible item (if applicable) and placing a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
• A product that arrived damaged.
• An incorrect item sent by Mustard Seed Mountain.
• A verified manufacturing defect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Handcrafted Product Notice

Because many of our products are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may naturally occur. These variations are part of the unique character of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Fragrance performance is subjective and may vary based on room size, environmental conditions, individual scent preferences, and the product being used. These differences are considered normal and are not considered product defects.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing.
